The Nominees are IN!!!  There were four nominees in all.  Some may ask "then whey do we have to vote?"  We still have to have a proper election and you don't have to vote for all four people if you don't want to.

Denise Eron
Resident since 2006

Direct quote:

"I thought I would start off by telling everyone why I would like to be on the board. I am one of the original owners who purchased my home at 252 Wild Olive Dr. back in 2006. I have seen our neighborhood  go through a lot of changes, some good and some bad. I feel if we do not at this time fight to keep our neighborhood clean, lighted , safe and crime free ,we will be known as the "bad neighborhood behind Publix".  There are issues I have found that are getting worse as the years have passed. When I started Nextdoor.com I wanted all of us to have contact with each other so we can keep each other abreast on what is going on in our neighborhoods.  But now its time to be proactive in getting the HOA (management company) to understand they work for us not that we work for them. Change is needed now and I am willing to work with the other members of the board and listen to our residents and together as a team we can make the necessary changes needed.
I currently work at the Dorn VA Medical Center as a Medical Records Technician. This year I will be employed by the VA for 20 years. I was born in Buffalo, NY and  worked as a Diet-Technician at Roswell Park Cancer Hospital for 11 years and was offered a job at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center in 1995. I decided to change careers as a Medical Records Technician in 2001 and the rest is history.
I am a member at Spring Valley Baptist Church and was in the past in charge of organizing many woman's ministry events. My past jobs duties included, educating  patient and family members on specific diet restrictions and also I have developed and written diet manuals . I have also published some articles for National Nutrition Month which were published in the West Palm Beach VA newsletter.
You may have seen me walking my dog Jewel "the fat beagle" in the neighborhood. Please consider me for a position on the HOA Board."
